HOW TO ORDER?  After placing an on-line PayPal order, we will forward a PayPal invoice with a detailed breakdown for shipping and handling fees, if applicable.

We calculate "actual" shipping - based solely on your zip code. Feel free to ask for a shipping "price quote" prior to ordering on-line.

After your shipping invoice is paid, your order is then carefully prepared, and will be shipped to your destination zip code in a timely manner.

Please allow at least 5 business days (excluding weekends) for preparation of wholesale orders.

USA CUSTOMERS

PRODUCT SELECTION: After years of selling African products, we have determined that vendors have strong preferences when selecting which Shea butter to utilize in their product line. Because of this, we have expanded our bulk Shea options in order to offer better prices and more selections, while allowing room for growth and expansion in your businss line. Product selection ultimately depends on your personal preferences, your chosen customer market, and your long term marketing goals.

FAIR TRADE: All products are fair traded. The women and children who work tirelessly to produce our Shea butter and black soap are paid fair market value or more. We strongly prefer the option of purchasing direct from families and African women's cooperatives.

STOCK AND AVAILABILITY: All products are fully stocked and available for shipping, unless otherwise noted.

BACKORDERS: We do not back order any items.

SHIPPING INVOICE: You will be billed for actual shipping charges and handling fees. There are no other "hidden" cost. Handling fees are calculated and displayed on-line when applicable, under each product. After we receive product payment and any applicable handling charges, we will e-mail your PayPal shipping cost invoice -- you will only be billed for the actual cost of shipping your order.  *Please feel free to ask for a shipping estimate prior to ordering your products; we want you to be comfortable with all ordering procedures on our site.  

HANDLING FEES: Due to the wholesale prices offered, a flat rate handling fee applies per box for heavier packages. This covers boxes, insurance, tape, packing, shipping peanuts, shipping paper, labels, ink, and labor. We professionally pack and ship each order to insure that your product arrives safely, and intact. All products that require handles fees will display handling charges under each product description. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS: (USA ADDRESSES) 

~ USPS Priority mail -- 100% insured, with delivery confirmation.

~ USPS Priority mail -- flat rate shipping, and 100% insured: if your product size is able to ship without causing damage, we use flat rate boxes to save on your shipping cost. 

~ DHL/Airborne - our default carrier of choice for heavier items.

PRICES: We reserve the right to adjust product prices due to rising import fees, and market fluctuations. We reserve the right to adjust any PayPal shopping cart miscalculation.

YOUR RIGHTS: You have the right to know what you are buying, before making a purchase; you have the right to understand how little, or how much, work will be involved after your receive your products; you have the right to question us about any item sold on our website (s); and you have to right to shop comfortably on-line, worry-free from concerns regarding what will arrive on your doorstep, you have the right to shop on-line without your privacy and personal information becoming compromised. International Customers PAYMENTS: only international Money Orders, converted to US funds are accepted.   We do not accept credit card payments from international addresses. We do not accept international money orders that are over 6 months old, or where "dates of use" have expired.   MINIMUMS: $100.00 minimum product order (excluding shipping charges) and a $10.00 handling fee applies to all international orders. Please be aware of the high cost of international shipping rates and requirements beforehand. For accuracy, please e-mail us for international rates for your country before mailing your order.  HANDLING FEES AND INSURANCE:   $10.00 handling fee applies to all international orders. Insurance is mandatory for us to accept and process international orders.    SHIPPING:  Global Priority rates apply. Packages will only be shipped to either the buyers physical home address or a place of business. We do not ship to post office boxes, or security boxes, outside of the United States.  To avoid any delays in processing your order, e-mail us for your product total, with shipping and handling, before mailing your payment. All payments received without shipping/handling included, will be promptly returned. We are not responsible for the final condition of delivered packages when shipping international orders. Although we pack all boxes to arrive safely, products may settle on long flights, and unforeseen events may occur at customs in various countries. We do not ship to any overseas address without a shipping method  that allows us to track your package.  We are not financially responsible for any lengthy delays or product damages due to civil unrest, heightened security, or other miscellaneous events beyond our control. Our international order policy is necessary due to an increase in fraudulent orders placed by overseas buyers who use credit cards with the sole intent to later reverse the charges. This policy is in effect to protect our company -- there can be no exceptions to our international policies as posted above.
